The Thule Completion System (TCS) is the electronic tool to provide you with the information you need.

TCS is based on Thule’s Project Completion Strategy whereby the work is identified and ’packaged’ into logical units.  The work inside the packages is detailed and check sheets are assigned to the tasks.  When a check sheet reaches an agreed level of completion, the task is finished and when all of the tasks in a package are finished, the package is also complete.  Since the system helps you define the scope of work top-down and reports the status of the work bottom-up, every level of management can report the status of the work at the required level of detail – from Project Leader to Supervisor.
