Completion Documentation

 

The documentation TCS provides is essentially 2 fold

• The check sheets – which tell you exactly which tests have been applied to what entity (this could be a piece of equipment, a connection, a block of program code, etc.) and what the result was at which location and performed by whom (e.g. traceability - who did what, where, when and what were the results)
• The certificates – which tell you who signed off/agreed that a package was complete where and when

Both levels provide the documentation of what was done and the security that the adequate testing was actually done or the proof you may need in a dispute.
